Introduction of Palletizer Add-ons:
An assembly line is a manufacturing process (often called a
progressive assembly) in which parts (usually interchangeable
parts) are added as the semi-finished assembly moves from
workstation to workstation where the parts are added in sequence
until the final assembly is produced. By mechanically moving the
parts to the assembly work and moving the semi-finished assembly
from work station to work station, a finished product can be
assembled faster and with less labor than by having workers carry
parts to a stationary piece for assembly.
Assembly lines are common methods of assembling complex items such
as automobiles and other transportation equipment, household
appliances and electronic goods.
Assembly lines are designed for the sequential organization of
workers, tools or machines, and parts. The motion of workers is
minimized to the extent possible. All parts or assemblies are
handled either by conveyors or motorized vehicles such as fork
lifts, or gravity, with no manual trucking. Heavy lifting is done
by machines such as overhead cranes or forklifts. Each worker
typically performs one simple operation.
Our company
Originated in Shanghai in 2011 as "Shanghai V-packer Engineering
Corporation" and moved to Kunshan (adjacent to Shanghai) in 2016
being renamed as Weikeda Packaging Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd,
we are only half an hour and two hours driving from Shanghai
Hongqiao airport and Shanghai Pudong international airport
respectively.
Nowadays, we have four equipment series, namely: Wrap around case
packer, automatic case packer (including case erector and case
sealer), palletizer and conveying system, covering product in
drinks, dairy, oil grease, seasoning and other industry. We have
cooperated with Sinopec, COFCO, Total, 3M and many other famous
companies from home and abroad.
