Automatic top load case / carton packer for round bottles
Operating Principle of top load case packer:
Bottle/package feeding: Bottles/packages are conveyed onto infeed
conveyor, then through guiding plate to vibrating station to
prevent blocking, after which the bottles or packages will be
separated into different lanes as per customer's requirement by the
separating plates.
This fully automated carton box packing machine is able to complete
all the procedures in case erecting, case packing and case sealing
all at once including flat carton fetching, case forming, products
filling-in and automatic sealing as well as full carton discharge.
It makes the process much simpler and more continuous than manual
and semi-automatic carton opening, loading and sealing. For carton
sealing, hot melt adhesive tape is used to make the process
healthier and the finished carton look much tidier and more
beautiful.
Description:
- This is top loading case packer for round bottles. Bottles will be
conveyed to the conveyor and moved forward in rubbing way to
lane-divided alignment line, when they reach the ready-for-dropping
mechanism and meanwhile the pre-made cases reach exactly under the
aforesaid mechanism, the case will be uplifted and the bottles will
"soft drop" to the case with the help of grid finger, which will
then drop down touching the conveyor and move forward. Bottles and
cases continue to move in their own way and begin the next cycle.
- With compact footprint, convenient operation, clear sight of
product conveying and packing process, and easy identification of
malfunction, this machine is suitable for all kinds of round
bottles.

designed, 2 suits of air bag style grasper head, no injury to
bottles;
2. Bottle grasping:
Bottler grasping is driven by double trip cylinders, that means
there is designed height difference for bottle grasping area and
box filling part.
